Dont rely on the Scuttlebutt!

Here at The Bu2iness Towers, we like to inform you guys of everything that we are working on and how we are getting along with our development and projects.

Please take a look at our newsletter below to keep updated.

We are currently working on Volume 2 - which will be ready to read shortly.

P.s - Scuttlebutt means informal rumour and gossip!
We thought this was very well fitting to our newsletter, as we aim to deliver only pure facts and information to our users... (unlike some of our competitors!)

Branded Banners all the way!

We have changed the default website to allow users to upload a full length company banner! Please click on the image above to see a larger image.

Your banner will now be able to stretch the full width of the page with menu links centered to the page and placed beneath your banner, making better use of the space. Please note that if you choose not to update your banner to a full length version then your existing logo will still be displayed but it will be centered to the page instead of being left aligned.

If you are using The Bu2iness Free default website and would like it to look like this then these are the steps you need to take:

  • 1. Please prepare a jpeg banner with the following dimensions 794 x 150 pixels (these are the dimensions to best fit this space)
  • 2. Login to The Bu2iness and in your Website Settings upload the new banner and save your changes. This change will take immediate effect
  • 3. This feature is live now, so get uploading!

A new feature - Expandable History Notes

Click on the image above to see as a full screen!
(we know your eyes aren't that good!)

This morning we have rolled live a new feature "Expandable History Notes" against applicants and properties.

You will see this enabled on the Property and Applicant Summary Pages, next to the headings where history notes are available. There is a "+" symbol which allows you to click and expand the history notes.

So, why have we done this?
We have enabled this feature for two reasons...

1) It makes it easier to scroll through the summary pages to find the information you are looking for.
2) The history notes are only loaded on request which means it helps the performance of the website.

Take a look!
